Since 1939, Iijima has been manufacturing high-speed foil stamping, embossing, diecutting, and blanking machinery in Koga, Japan. DGM also is the manufacturer of Saroglia, based in Torino, Italy. Saroglia has been manufacturing 1/2-sheet-size foil stamping, embossing, and diecutting presses since 1911, sold worldwide. DGM also distributes the Die Co-Ordinator-the only digital die positioning system. This system is a pre-press die registration system for locking up foil stamping and embossing dies off-press, saving over 40 percent in makeready time. All new machinery purchases through DGM include installation and training. Quality pre-owned machinery also is available through DGM. DGM is the only company in North America to provide factory-certified parts for Iijima and Saroglia machines.
